Jezebel has just reported that Dr. Luke is claiming that “Kesha is using social media to taint Luke’s reputation in what they’re calling a “trial by Twitter.” 

At press time, Jezebel reports that Luke’s lawyers are asserting that Kesha herself is “engaging in an unsupported, “vicious smear campaign to ruin Luke’s reputation.”

For the record: Kesha has not tweeted since the court hearing happened. Kesha only tweeted the day before, thanking her devoted fans and the general public for their support in these trying times.

We must not let this man continue to harm Kesha. We are not acting on this because Kesha told us to, we are acting on this because we see the injustice happening. If a woman does not want to work with a man that allegedly abused her, there is no reason her voice should not be heard. 

As a commenter on Jezebel put it - “The people are standing up for Kesha, if justice won’t.”

Amen to that.
